Product Description
We have taken a great deal of care to make sure our product information is accurate. However, discrepancies can occur. For instance, whilst every attempt has been made to faithfully reproduce colours, because cashmere is a natural fibre there may be a slight difference between batches, so the colour in the website may differ slightly from the colour of the garment.

Our Pashmina shawls and stoles are handmade, so you may find some small irregularities.

Availability
We don’t like to disappoint, so we try to maintain a high level of stock and when you place an order we’ll tell you when it will be dispatched. But despite our best efforts, sometimes demand takes us by surprise and items become unavailable. If this is the case we will tell you as soon as possible, and will offer you the option of a full refund or an alternative item. We reserve the right to cancel your order and refund you in full.

Hassle Free Returns
Whether it’s the wrong size, the wrong colour or you just decide its not really ‘you’, we are always happy to exchange or refund any item if you return it to us in good condition and in its original packing within 60 days. You should use a trackable postal service as we can not be responsible for returned items that do not reach us.

Made to Order
Our garments are all made in our factory, which means we can take bespoke orders. If the colour, size and style you want are in the brochure, but not in the combination you want, we can combine them for you! Please call us to discuss the details. For Made to Order items there is a non-refundable supplement of 10% and the delivery times will vary throughout the year.

Refunds
We can not refund more than the total you paid. We are not liable for any returns postage costs, should you return an item for any reason. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order before dispatching the goods.
