You can return any item you purchase from us for a full refund, or you can exchange it for another item of the same value.

It will only cost you about £2 in postage to return it to us, so that is the extent of your risk.

IMPORTANT

You must include the returns packing slip with any item you return.

If you have lost it, then please email us and we will email a replacemnet one to you to print out.

We have had quite a few customers who have clearly worn and well used the item before sending it back.

If you don't want it , don't wear it!

If an item comes back to us out of its original packing or screwed up or smelling of smoke or perfume, we will send it back to you.

If you want to rent a pashmina ASK us, if you want to buy one , buy one and if when you get it you don't like it, send it back.

Also we hope you think it is fair that we can not refund any express postage fees, as this service has been used.
