2.
Your prices are good, but how do I know if
your products are any good?
We have
been trading for 3 years. Many customer buy
from us again and again.
PLEASE
READ COMMENTS FROM OTHER CUSTOMERS. We
are very proud of these. They should reasssure
you about the quality.
We have
our products tested for quality (click
here to see our test certificates). We
are part of Mypashmina.co.uk and have written
this all over the certificates so that no-one
else trys to use them. We have not found any
other website that shows their test certificates.
Also, as
we are confident that you will be happy with
your purchase we have a no hassle returns
policy,so if you are not happy send it back
for a full no hassel refund.
3.
How do I know the colors are correct?
It is tricky
to photograph fabrics and display the colors
correctly. They look correct on this computer,
but may look slightly different on your computer.
Firstly,
remember our no hassle returns policy, so
if the color is not quite as expected you
can return your pashmina or cashmere sweater
and change if for a different one.
Secondly
if you would rather see samples of the fabric
dyed in the colors that we stock, then you
can borrow a swatch book. You will have to
pay a small deposit which we will refund when
we get the swatch book back. (We used to just
lend them , but too many people wouldn't return
them , and some people really took the biscuit!)
We have
carefully chose the most up to date colors,
and if you read our customer comments you
will see how happy other customers are.
4.
Your shopping cart doesn't seem to work, what
do I do?
Please don't
give up, all you need to do is phone us on
(414)-455-0595.
It's a freephone number. You can place
your order over the phone.
You can
also email us at service@cashmerevalley.com
.
If we don't
know about any problems with the website we
can not fix them and some people will miss
out on a really good deal.
5.
Can I wash my pashmina / cashmere knitwear?
Yes, it
is not essential that you dry clean your purchase,
although it is the safest method.
You can
hand wash your pashmina / cashmere knitwear
in warm water with either a specialised cashmere
detergent or a mild fabric conditioner.
It is important
that you lay the item flat to dry.
If you have
a clever washing machine you can even wash
it on the gentlest cycle, i.e. 50F, and slow,
but it is your risk.
6.
Who are you and how do I know you are genuine?
Yes I know
we offer almost unbeleivably good deals, but
we are for real. We have been trading in the
UK for about 3 years. Just this year we have
established a new stock in Milwaukee (WI),
so that we can deliver to our customers faster.
The home
phone number of Paul & Caroline (the owners
of CashmereValley) is +44 1223 528180.
We use Paypal
and Worldpay as payment processors. Both offer
the customer much more protection than they
offer the vendor . This should give you confidence.
See the Secure
Payments page for more information.
Our company
started when Paul spent 6 months in Nepal.
He was amazed by the quality of the cashmere
and the skill of the manufacturers. Now we
have our own production facilities in Kathmandu.
Our business
has grown due to recommendations. Please see
out customer
comments. We are very proud of these.
7.
Do you gift wrap?
Not at the
moment. Sorry. We are designing new gift wrapping
in Nepal that will be made from Eco-friendly
and very nice Lokta paper. This should be
an option by the middle of December.
