1. If I order now, when will I receive my order?

(a) STOCK ITEMS
If you order before 12:45pm Central Time. Your order will be dispached on the same day (or the next working day if it is Saturday or Sunday)

If you order after 1pm Central Time your order will be dispacthed on the next working day. However if it is before 3:30pm you can pay a rush fee of £6 and we can still dispatch your order on the same working day.

(b) MADE TO ORDER ITEMS
Made to order items usually take 3 weeks for pashminas and 4-5 weeks for knitwear. Please see the 'Where's my Order' page for updates.

2. Your prices are good, but how do I know if your products are any good?

We have been trading for 3 years. Many customer buy from us again and again.
